the architecture is stunning, almost makes up for the food poisoning we faced. it’s shocking how they handle guests! when I expected a complimentary drink after my unfortunate dining experience, I got nothing. even the check-in felt like a lecture. this hotel could use a serious dose of hospitality training, but I guess they missed that memo.

I understand business policies, but at such times, compassion should override strict policies. Even a partial cancellation fee would have felt more reasonable and understanding in light of my verifiable condition.
